●Application

Q: Does each process on XINYA production line have traceable records?

A: In order to strictly control the quality of products, we set up an internal transfer card, which will flow down with each processing until the finished product passes the inspection to be put into the finished product warehouse.


Q: Is there a special training program for employees?

A: Sure, it must be. The company has a training plan charter, and each department has to complete the training plan separately.

Q: What kind of assitance we usually request from customer on the trial order production?

A: Sign&stamp back on related spec. drawings of ordered wires as their confirmation. The production will follow those confirmed spec.
